Building Pools in Fort Mojave
Fort Mojave and Mohave Valley are where the river corridor is growing — new neighborhoods, golf-course communities, and desert lots with room to dream. A lot of our work here starts with a brand-new home and a blank dirt backyard, and that is our favorite canvas: we masterplan the whole space in photorealistic 3D — pool, spa, decking, shade, turf, and landscape — so it all fits together from day one instead of being pieced together over years.
We build up and down this stretch of the river, including Golden Shores and Topock, and we know the ground here — desert soil, summer heat that demands real shade, and HOA reviews in the newer communities. Engineering, permits, and approvals are all handled by our team, backed by 40+ years and 840+ projects.

Yes — we build throughout the river communities: Fort Mojave, Mohave Valley, Golden Shores, and Topock, plus Bullhead City and Laughlin just up the river.
That is our specialty. We masterplan the entire backyard in photorealistic 3D — pool, spa, decking, shade, turf, and landscaping — so you approve the finished vision before we break ground, and phase the work if you prefer.
A typical custom pool runs 8–12 weeks from ground-breaking to first swim; full backyard packages depend on scope, and we give you the schedule up front — then keep it.
